LIVITY YOUTH EDINBURGH

Livity Youth Edinburgh(LYE) is a Black and Global Majority* led youth charity that provides safe, nurturing spaces for young people in the wider Craigmillar area. We deliver free sports, creative arts, and cultural activities that help them learn important skills, gain confidence, celebrate diversity and connect with others.

Our young people shape LYE’s activities, learning the power of working together towards common goals, with the opportunity to become leaders in their communities.
LYE welcomes any young person who shares our values of inclusion, empowerment, and connection. We especially welcome young people who feel underprivileged or underrepresented.
*Global Majority refers to people who identify as Black, Asian, Brown, Dual-heritage, Indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as ‘ethnic minorities’, and who represent approximately 80% of the world’s population.
